Individual therapy

I believe therapy works best when it's grounded in trust, safety, and real connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel fully accepted, supported, and encouraged to show up as your most authentic self.

I especially enjoy working with individuals who are exploring their identity or unlearning harmful cultural norms—particularly around gender, sexuality, and relationships. I also love supporting folks who are learning to set boundaries and move beyond people-pleasing patterns.

My approach to individual therapy is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in curiosity. I draw from a blend of mindfulness, emotionally focused therapy, humanistic and person-centered principles, feminist theory, and cognitive behavioral strategies.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are causing pain or keeping you stuck, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and build tools to help you move through the world with more confidence and ease.

Cost

Traditional 50-minute sessions of individual therapy are $150. If you are interested in individual therapy but want a longer amount of time, please see the intensives page!
